Parts Tracking

Parts Tracking is a web application developed to address unique information-sharing and archiving challenges for the Walla Walla Foundry. The company casts contemporary sculpture for the most technically ambitious artists in the world, so they routinely face unique production challenges on a hectic schedule. I helped them develop a digital workflow that embraces a chaotic work environment while providing structure and accountability. The software manages image assets that dictate how sculptures will be built and tracks every component of a project as it moves through the production process. Relevant documentation is accessible to all employees with a tap or a click, improving communication between departments.
